What is the maximum group size?
12 travellers. We enforce this on every group booking — it’s the size at which your guide can still give genuine individual attention while the group still shares one itinerary, one guide and one vehicle.
Do we need to already have 12 people?
No — group pricing applies from 4 travellers upward. Families of 4–6, friend groups of 6–8, or full parties of 10–12 are all common. Below 4, our standard private tours (built for 1–3 people) offer the same 100% private standard.
Will we be combined with other travellers?
No. Every group tour is built exclusively for your own party — your family, friends or travel club. We never combine separate bookings into one shared group, and your guide and vehicle are dedicated to your group alone.
What is included in a group tour package?
4-star hotel accommodation, daily breakfast, a Ministry-licensed local guide, all domestic flights within Egypt, all monument entrance fees, and private group transport throughout. International flights are the only thing you book yourself.
How do we arrange dates if there are no fixed departures?
Because your group tour is private to your party, we don’t work from a fixed public calendar — you tell us your preferred dates and we confirm availability, typically within 24 hours. This also means no minimum-headcount risk of a departure being cancelled.
